Law & Government
An appointed Governor by the Queen exercises completely legislative and executive authority. The Executive Council with seven members, three members appointed by the Governor and four members elected by the Legislative Assembly, are responsible for formulating policies and advising the Governor.

Cayman Islands company law permits the administration of the Exempted Company (“EC”) to be carried out either in the Cayman Islands or from any other jurisdiction in the world.
